Job description

Job Title: General Practitioner (Physician)
Location: Beaumont, TX
Salary: $240k-350k
We are looking for a visionary Physician Leader who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our patients. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our healthcare team, providing comprehensive medical care while also demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  2. Serve as a leader and mentor to our healthcare team, including Nurse Practitioners and other staff members.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based care plans that meet the needs of our patients.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects to enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.
  5. Act as a liaison between the clinical team and management, providing input on strategic planning and operational decisions.
  6. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, quality care, and excellence in clinical practice.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Participate in on-call weekend coverage (phone only, shared with Nurse Practitioners) as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  2. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice.
  3. Valid medical license and DEA registration.
  4. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience practicing as a Physician.
  5. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and promoting wellness.
  8. Desire to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $240,000 to $350,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
