What You’ll Do
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across both properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and ownership goals
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies
  • Champion a guest-first culture that delivers exceptional and consistent experiences
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team of leaders and associates across all departments
  • Oversee all aspects of operations including rooms, food & beverage, sales, finance, and human resources
  • Partner closely with ownership and corporate teams to execute business plans and maximize asset value
  • Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and demand drivers within the SFO market
  • Ensure operational excellence through strong quality assurance, cost control, and performance management practices
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success as a General Manager or Complex General Manager in a full-service hotel environment
  • Experience overseeing multiple properties or brands strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of airport market dynamics and demand segmentation is a plus
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue, GOP, and market share
  • Inspirational leadership style with a focus on culture, engagement, and retention
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders, ownership, and corporate partners
