Position: Front Desk Team Member

Position Summary
Front Desk Team Members handle all aspects of guest experiences, provide essential information to guests, fulfill requests, and help resolve issues. The front desk serves as the hub of all guest activity and daily responsibilities. This role reports directly to the Manager at Altitude Trampoline Park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Altitude Trampoline Park with a professional attitude and appearance, upholding the park’s philosophy.
  • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Attend scheduled staff meetings.
  • Accurately book, change, and cancel jump appointments.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including verifying customer waivers and processing sales transactions.
  • Acknowledge and greet everyone entering and leaving the facility.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of the park, birthday packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation.
  • Utilize the park computer system with skill and proficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Actively promote the park, birthday packages, sessions, retail items, programs, promotions, and discounts.
  • Enhance guest experiences using our SMILES philosophy.
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate and immediate responses to all guest requests, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Develop the ability to work independently and remain at the assigned post for extended periods.
  • Communicate any issues or occurrences involving staff or guests to management as needed.
  • Adhere to safety and incident reporting guidelines.
  • Perform other services or duties as required by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Required to be available weekends.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • High energy
  • Professional “Altitude” attitude and work ethic.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
