GENERAL MANAGER – ROCK N ROLL SUSHI

Starting Salary: $70,000 + Profit Sharing
Full-Time | Leadership Position


Rock N Roll Sushi is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our restaurant team and take ownership of the overall success of the location.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply run a shift. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and operator who knows how to build a great team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, control costs, and drive profitability.


This position offers a starting salary of $70,000 plus profit sharing, giving our General Manager the opportunity to directly benefit from the success and growth of the restaurant.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Lead, motivate, train, and develop the restaurant team
  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain high-quality employees
  • Build schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels
  • Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service
  • Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and other operating expenses
  • Manage ordering and inventory controls
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and food-safety standards are followed
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and create a hospitality-focused culture
  • Review restaurant performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
  • Hold managers and team members accountable to performance expectations
  • Create a positive, professional, and high-energy work environment
  • Work closely with ownership to achieve financial and operational goals


What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant management experience required
  • General Manager experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and restaurant financial performance
  • Ability to recruit, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to operate with a high level of ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Availability to work the schedule necessary to successfully operate the restaurant, including nights and weekends as needed


Compensation

Starting Base Salary: $70,000 per year

PLUS PROFIT SHARING

We believe our General Manager should have a stake in the success they help create. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position includes a profit-sharing opportunity tied to restaurant performance.
