Job description

What you'll doManages the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant,including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs andsystems.  Ensures objectives are reachedin all areas while following all Company guidelines.  Ensures compliance with all federal, stateand local laws and ethical business practices. Provides leadership, direction, training and development to subordinatemanagers and crew.

Mathematical Skills 

                                               

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest,commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebraand geometry.

Reasoning Ability                                                    

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and drawvalid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technicalinstructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract andconcrete variables.

Certificates, Licenses,Registrations

Within 90 days of hire or promotion into position, must attend GM Coreclasses and Crew Interviewing Workshop.

Must be Serve-Safe Certified.
