Job Title: MIT/Branch Manager

Position Details:

We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Associates in-Training (AIT). This training program offers a comprehensive opportunity to learn all aspects of our business and culture, preparing you for a leadership role within our organization. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the potential to manage your own branch or take on a leadership position in outside sales.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the building materials industry or related field

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/sales or business preferred

Job Duties: (Including but not limited to)

- Provide exceptional customer service and engage in counter sales training.

- Receive training on residential and commercial product offerings.

- Assist in inventory management and cost control practices.

- Participate in logistics and warehouse management training.

- Engage in comprehensive branch manager and outside sales training.

- Develop leadership skills through targeted training programs.
