Job description

Description:
As a General Manager at Twistee Treat you would be responsible for providing leadership to your team. We want every manager to be the best leader possible; and following TRED is the way to get there.
TRED is defined:
TRAINING - Every coach never stops training. They look at the end goal and work diligently daily to move the behaviors of their team to get them to the goal.

EDUCATION - Learning should never stop. What we learn from our guests, employees, and leaders makes our company strong. A great listener is usually the smartest person in the room. DEVELOPMENT - Molding a team member to be their best requires constant feedback.
