Summary:

White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in leading daily operations, training staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
  • Report to the Restaurant General Manager and support associates by directing daily operations and creating an excellent guest experience.
  • Oversee and ensure the proper training of all F&B personnel following the White Lodging Way guidelines.
  • Monitor communications, morale, and motivation of all F&B personnel.
  • Ensure food, liquor, wine, and other beverage costs are in line with budget.
  • Oversee Food and Beverage operations during meal periods, ensuring tasks such as cooking, clearing tables, serving, taking orders, delivering room service, and cleaning are performed in accordance with brand standards.
  • Assist with or issue accurate weekly forecasts to enable the creation of effective plans and schedules that maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Restaurant General Manager.
