This internship is ideal for someone detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and interested in gaining real operational experience in property management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Travel to assigned properties throughout the portfolio and conduct on-site lockbox audits
  • Document and remove non-functioning lockboxes per program protocol, including photos and detailed notes
  • Install and test retractable key hardware to enable secure, controlled access
  • Take before/after photos at each site to document conditions and changes made
  • Accurately log all findings, statuses, and updates in the property management system after every visit
  • Maintain a professional, respectful presence at properties and communicate courteously with residents, vendors, and building staff encountered in the field
