Job description

In this role, you are responsible for all repairs and ongoing maintenance of the facility to include all equipment and company vehicles that our associates operate daily as well as maintaining the grounds and parking lot areas. You will maintain and order supplies/parts as needed while also providing recommendations to repair and replace equipment to ensure proper functioning. You will conduct regular facility inspections and assist in developing a preventative maintenance schedule. In this team, you work directly with all departments within the facility on any maintenance needs that may arise.

Sunday - Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

BASIC RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Repair and preventative maintenance on a variety of building equipment that includes furnaces, A/C units, ventilation devices, dock plates, power doors, sprinkler systems, refrigeration system, etc.
  • Light mechanical duties
  • Scoop snow, plow snow and salt walks in the wintertime
  • Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available
  • All other job-related duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Current Driver's License
  • General Mechanical knowledge, experience with hand power tools
  • Basic electrical knowledge, use of a multimeter
  • Excellent communication skills
