Springs Dept shift: Training on days 5am to 3:30 pm Mon to Thursday until trained after training Monday to Friday 3:15 pm to 1:45 am
Manufacturing assembly: 5am to 3:30 pm Mon to Thursday
• Strong mathematical and mechanical skills; able to read measuring tape
•Ability to use micrometers and veneers is an asset
•Able to work with Alpha-numeric storage system
•Able to read measures: a square, tape measure and wrenches 3⁄4”-1 1⁄4”.
•Set-up and operate Bender, Punch, Drill Press, and Band Saw
•Able to read and understand drawings
•Work from pick list to prepare for shipping
•Perform minor changeovers on tooling & light maintenance and lubrication
•Clearly identify parts and keep in proper location
•Operate double deep Raymond Reach Truck, Reach Truck and Fork Truck
•Comply with labor reporting procedures
•Maintain paperwork
•Modify and assemble custom track sets as required
•Ability to create and print labels
•Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
•Set up and adjust commercial track jig
•Have a clear understanding of all the different track set configurations
Interpersonal Skills:
•Able to read and write English
•Able to work independently with minimal supervision
•Able to work well with others
•Good comprehension & mechanical skills
Other:
•Willing and able to work shifts and overtime when needed
•Learn new procedures in a short period of time
