General Laborer
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a large logistics company in Plymouth, MI and is now hiring General Laborers who are dependable, versatile, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
General Laborer Job Summary
  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Pay Rate: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
General Laborer Responsibilities
  • Lift and move packages weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Unload floor-loaded UPS deliveries consisting of small parcels weighing up to 20 lbs.
  • Place incoming product onto conveyors and manually palletize items based on customer requirements.
  • Perform manual labor tasks from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by standard picking and packing duties on the warehouse floor.
  • Assist in multiple departments as needed and remain flexible to changing business needs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
General Laborer Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience using handheld scanners
  • Basic computer skills
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
  • Dependable and reliable attendance
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Flexibility to work in various warehouse departments
  • Forklift experience is not required
