Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house
  • Lead shifts with confidence-ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences
  • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals
  • Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
  • Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability
  • Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.

What you Bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus!)

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • A love for fast-paced environments and great food
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
