In this role, you will:

  • Assist with a variety of outdoor living projects, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, plantings, and other landscape features.
  • Help with excavation, grading, and site preparation to support a strong, lasting finished product.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials such as pavers, stone, gravel, soil, mulch, and plants on site.
  • Assist with tasks across hardscape and landscape installations, including laying pavers, setting stone, building retaining walls, and planting, under the Foreman's direction, ensuring precision and functionality.
  • Operate hand tools and small equipment as directed, including compactors, saws, and other landscaping equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Foreman and Project Manager to ensure each project meets the company's standards of excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site and assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and clients to ensure clear expectations and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work safely in outdoor environments year-round.
