AIMS Advantage is hiring general laborers in Grand Rapids, Kentwood, and Walker, MI. The different types of general labor positions are: packers, machine operators, Hi-lo/Forklift, warehouse associates, light industrial, general production, and many more! Most of our positions are entry level, no previous experience is needed, and provide on the job paid training!
The ideal general labor candidate can work well with people, enjoys learning new things, has the ability to work independently, can reliably make it to work on a consistent basis, and maintain high levels of productivity. There is continuous repetition, lifting, reaching, squatting, bending, twisting, and standing on your feet for the entire shift.

General Laborer Qualifications:
