Job description

We are seeking Construction General Laborers to support daily field operations and maintain safe, productive work areas on heavy civil construction projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform general labor, material handling, and site cleanup.
  • Spot equipment and guide operators during operations.
  • Work safely around moving equipment and active work zones.
  • Set up and maintain work areas and traffic control as directed.
  • Assist multiple crews based on project needs.
  • Follow supervisor direction and all site safety requirements.
