Job description

As aWarehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling internal and external customer orders while ensuring warehouse standards, safety, and organization are upheld. This includes picking, packing, shipping, and loading materials, as well as maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.

Your Impact:
  • Pick and pack internal and external customer orders.

  • Pull, pack, and load trucks for outgoing shipments.

  • Safely operate manual and mechanical equipment, including pallet jacks.

  • Quote and ship orders using company systems.

  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

  • Uphold warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.

  • Wear steel-toed shoes at all times while on the warehouse floor.

  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Profile:
  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred; pick/pack experience a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs consistently.

  • Ability to push/pull pallets of 500 lbs or more with a pallet jack.

  • Ability to climb ladders, bend, reach, grip, twist, and turn hands for extended periods.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move throughout the facility
