Job description

Metal Stamping Production Associate
Santa Teresa, New Mexico | 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Pay: $13.50/hr (1st Shift) | $13.75/hr (2nd Shift)
 
We are hiring dependable Production Associates for a metal stamping company in Santa Teresa, NM. This position involves operating or assisting with metal stamping equipment, handling materials, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to perform heavy lifting and work significant overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Operate or assist with metal stamping machines and production equipment
  • Load, unload, move, and stack metal parts and materials
  • Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
  • Inspect parts for quality and follow production specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
  • Work overtime, including extended hours and weekends when required
Requirements
  • Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to work a fast-paced production schedule
  • Availability for frequent overtime

Shifts & Pay
  • 1st Shift: $13.50 per hour – 7:00am to 4:00pm
