Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent plastics manufacturer in the Kansas City Metro area, is seeking general warehouse associates to join their team!
Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Warehouse assoicates to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and perform physical labor throughout the shift.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Label, sort, and organize products within the warehouse.
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 100% Attendance is a must
  • FORKLIFT AND CHERRY PICKER EXPERIENCE A HUGE PLUS
  • Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Cherry Picker and Forklift experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
