What is a general labor associate?

General Labor Associates are workers who perform a variety of physical tasks to support operations in settings like warehouses, construction sites, factories, or distribution centers. These roles typically require physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. General Labor Associates are essential for maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
