Job description

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support a variety of warehouse, production, manufacturing, construction, and shop environments. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work, following instructions, working safely, and assisting with daily operational tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor duties assigned by supervisors or team leads
  • Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials
  • Support warehouse, production, shop, or construction operations as needed
  • Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safe and organized job sites
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely when required
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, welders, or production teams with daily tasks
  • Package, label, sort, and prepare materials or finished products for shipment
  • Follow work instructions and complete tasks according to production schedules
  • Inspect materials and report damaged products or safety concerns
  • Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and attendance expectations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, assembly, or production preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the shift
