Job description

We are seeking reliable General Laborers to support an industrial moving company with equipment relocation, material handling, jobsite preparation, and general labor duties. Laborers will work alongside riggers, millwrights, operators, and other crew members to ensure industrial equipment and materials are moved safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist riggers, millwrights, operators, and other crew members with daily activities.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Assist with moving and positioning industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Help prepare work areas for equipment moves and installations.
  • Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area.
  • Assist with material staging and jobsite preparation.
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment as directed.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
  • Assist with housekeeping, debris removal, and general labor duties.
  • Follow all company and site safety rules and PPE requirements.
  • Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or hazards to supervision.

Qualifications

  • Industrial, construction, warehouse, or heavy equipment experience preferred but not required.
