Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager focuses on staff and customer service, supporting the General Manager with daily dispensary operations, including inventory, compliance, and team leadership.
Compensation & Schedule:
  • Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE).
  • Hours: 40 - 50 hours per week.
  • Availability: Full-time, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Industry experience with Dutchie, Metrc, or Weedmaps is highly preferred.
Qualifications
  • Age: Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Agent Registration: Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Massachusetts Cannabis Agent Registration Badge (including passing the state-mandated background check).
  • Knowledge: General knowledge of cannabis products, accessories, and local industry trends.
  • Experience: Proven ability to manage a team in a highly regulated, fast-paced retail or sales environment.
  • Tech Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel) and point-of-sale systems (Greenbits/Metrc preferred).
  • Core Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills, high level of integrity, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Schedule: Full flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.
