Marketing Intern
ACS seeks to hire a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing and Business Development team. The Marketing Intern will be introduced to all aspects of B2B marketing for ACS, a systems integrator company that designs and builds custom test equipment and facilities solutions for some of the largest engine and vehicle manufacturers in the world. The Marketing Intern will support digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and marketing operations while gaining practical experience across disciplines such as social media, CRM maintenance, creative design, SEO, and marketing asset organization. The intern will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives and special projects.
Internship Details: ACS will be hiring one summer intern at our Verona, WI headquarters. The internship will be in the summer of 2027. We are looking for an individual who is available to work 40 hours a week, Monday- Friday.
Basic requirements include:
  • Pursuing a four-year degree; Junior or Senior status preferred.
  • Strong interest in marketing, communications, digital media, or graphic design. Marketing or Communications Degree is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is a plus.
  • Experience with using and manipulating various file formats including eps, jpeg, pdf, etc.

Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Support CRM data entry and cleanup activities within HubSpot.
  • Assist with organization, inventory, and ordering of promotional materials.
  • Contribute to social media planning, content creation, graphic design, and scheduled posting.
  • Perform basic video editing, such as trimming clips, adding captions/subtitles, and formatting aspect ratios
  • Create and update internal marketing materials, including newsletters, slide libraries, and infographics.
  • Help maintain and organize marketing assets such as personnel photos, published articles, and image libraries (HubSpot, WordPress, OpenAsset).
  • Conduct marketing and industry research to support ongoing campaigns and business development efforts.
  • Assist with SEO cleanup and reporting activities using BrightEdge.
  • Update, rewrite, and refresh marketing content such as case studies and website materials.
  • Support general marketing operations and participate in special events and projects as assigned.
