Job Description

Job Summary

The General Helper supports daily operations within retail food service outlets by assisting with food preparation, stocking, cleaning, customer service, and maintaining food safety standards. This role helps ensure smooth operations across multiple retail brands while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic food preparation and assembly
  • Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Refill beverages, condiments, grab-and-go items, and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of counters, dining areas, kitchen, and equipment
  • Follow FIFO, portion control, and food safety procedures
  • Support cash handling and POS operations when required
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
  • Monitor product freshness and report low inventory items
  • Support opening and closing duties of the unit
  • Follow company policies, health & safety, and sanitation standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications
