Job Summary:SYNERGY HomeCare of Eagan is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both administrative and marketing functions within a mission-driven home care agency. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, support daily office operations, and help create engaging content for our social media and caregiver communications.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner

  • Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries

  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office support

  • Assist with on-call phone rotation

  • Contribute to monthly caregiver and community newsletters

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
