Job description

AGP is seeking a dynamic sanitation worker at our Eagle Grove, IA location. This entry level position is responsible for the general clean-up, sanitation, and handling of processing materials.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain sanitary standards for process areas and outside work areas
  • Handle any processing materials and supplies required of the operation
  • Keep all loading and unloading areas to sanitation standards as directed
  • Train to perform the Utility and Material Handler position
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
  • Willing and able to work rotating day shifts, night shifts and weekends.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to read and understand manufacturing standards and specifications.
  • Excellent written and oral communications.
  • Must be able to write legibly.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Team player.
  • Able to understand and follow safety procedures and other instructions.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
