Our Jeffersonville, IN Central-Fill Pharmacy Center is seeking a dynamic and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is your chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, yet fast-paced and professional working environment.

The Maintenance Technician supports facilities staff by performing maintenance duties such as maintenance of office equipment, and computer systems, electrical projects, light construction. Works with outside contractors and vendors on facilities and equipment repairs, general maintenance, troubleshooting and operations maintenance for all equipment used in the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic understanding of tools and their uses
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Cleaning/dusting of automation equipment to include but not limited to:
    conveyors, photo electric sensors, rollers, drives, motors, oil pans
  • Restocking of consumables supplies for warehousing environment
  • Basic/entry level preventative maintenance procedures
  • Walk up to 10k steps daily
  • Lift boxes that weigh up to 25lbs
  • Capability and willingness to learn more advanced aspects of maintenance and repair of industrial equipment

Shift Details: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm or, until complete. Rotational Saturday once a month 11:00 am -8:00 pm

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related experience

Critical Skills:

  • Electrical: Ability to work in the vicinity of electrical systems, understanding of basic electrical safety principles.
  • Mechanical: Ability to work around moving machinery. Ability to apply knowledge of tools and their uses to industrial equipment.
  • Computer: Basic knowledge of computers and entry level understanding of Microsoft office applications.
  • Discretionary, decisive and organized thinking regarding best practices
  • Self motivated and self directed
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Flexible to meet changing business demands and situations
  • Oral and written communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Production environment
  • Closely monitored and legally compliant regulations

Physical Requirements:

  • 100% standing, bending, lifting, walking, and climbing
