The Risk Management and General Counsel will be responsible for leading the organization's risk management and legal functions across Five-S Group and its subsidiaries. This strategic role protects the company's legal, financial, and operational interests by proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Risk Management and General Counsel will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's assets, reputation, and long-term success. By integrating legal strategy with enterprise risk management, this executive ensures the company operates with sound governance, regulatory compliance, and disciplined risk management while supporting strategic growth and operational excellence. This position partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, safeguard company assets, and enable sustainable business growth. This is a full-time position that will office in Baton Rouge, LA and report to the SVP of Administration and Human Resources.
