We are currently seeking motivated and reliable General Contractors in the Hickory, NC area to join our growing Property Preservation Vendor Network. Whether youโ€™re an established business or an independent professional, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your services, set your own schedule, and grow your income.

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and high-quality property preservation and maintenance work, including:
    • Lock changes and rekeying
    • Debris and trash removal
    • Lawn care and landscaping
    • Winterizations
    • Boarding and securing properties
    • Minor roof and structural repairs
  • Complete work orders using mobile apps and web platforms
  • Capture before, during, and after photos of work performed
  • Communicate effectively with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers
  • Follow all client and company specifications for each assigned job

Requirements

  • No contractor license required
  • Must have General Liability and Errors & Omissions insurance (minimum $1M coverage)
  • Must provide own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
  • Valid ID required
  • Strong communication and time management skills
