Job description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager (General Contractor) to join our team. Our team is growing to keep up with demand, so we are looking for talented individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We want you to join and grow with our already proven and stellar team.

What are we looking for?

You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Which means the ideal candidates will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A complete understanding of how to read plans and specifications.
  • 5 years of experience managing renovation and/or new construction projects.
  • Be able to communicate and coordinate construction activities with Architects, superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Review and approve product data submittals.
  • Be proficient in scheduling, budgeting and estimating changes in the work.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, and Outlook - ProCore and Blue Beam knowledge are a plus.
  • We are seeking individuals who are Team Leaders, Detail-Oriented, Organized, Accurate, and able to Adapt to Changing Priorities.
