Key Responsibilities

Installation Tasks

  • Install insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, and other areas following safety and project specs
  • Cut and fit insulation materials precisely to ensure full coverage and sealing
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively


Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Foreman and team to meet project deadlines
  • Communicate clearly to address challenges or delays on site


Safety Compliance

  • Use PPE correctly and follow all company safety protocols
  • Report safety concerns or incidents immediately


Quality Assurance

  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Address installation deficiencies as needed


Equipment Maintenance

  • Clean and maintain tools and vehicles daily
  • Assist in keeping trucks and shops organized


Additional Responsibilities

  • Follow the 30-day and 90-day onboarding checklist and complete associated tests
  • Aim to spray up to 400 strokes of foam per hour (open or closed cell)
  • Maintain high attendance (no more than 6 unplanned callouts per year)


Must be able to drive company vehicles with a clean driving record


Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in insulation or construction preferred
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Licensing: Must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical card
  • Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude, PPE proficiency, and respirator fit test
  • Physical Capability: Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand for extended periods, and work in tight or elevated spaces
  • Facial hair that interferes with the seal of the respirator is not permitted.
