Description Project Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for: Lead multifamily or commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Manage podium-style, mid-rise, garden-style residential developments or commercial developments, coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams. Provide leadership to project teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners, and key project stakeholders. Mentor project team members and contribute to the continued development of project management best practices. Collaborate closely with internal leadership to support operational excellence and project profitability. Participate in strategic growth initiatives as the company continues expanding its presence throughout the Southeast. Profile Project Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - Charlotte should have: 5 to 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with experience operating at the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level.
