Job description


Job Title:
General Construction Laborer
Location: North Scottsdale area
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:
We are a residential custom home builder seeking a reliable and hardworking General Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction tasks, including site clean up, maintenance, and some miscellaneous construction trades. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety with inside/outside work on custom home new builds and remodels. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards
  • Operate hand and power tools
  • Assist skilled tradespeople 
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Must have legal documentation.  We are required to obtain I9 authorized to work in US form.
  • Previous experience in construction is required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Random drug testing will be performed
