Job description

Job Position: Assembly

Location: Caledonia, MI 49316

Pay Rate: $16.50 to 17.00/hour

Shift: 1st and 3rd

Description: We have an immediate need for first and third shift assemblers for a premier manufacturing facility in the Caledonia, Michigan area. Our client, a global leader in the fire protection industry, involves the assembly of life-saving products. Positions are 1st and 3rd shift. The company runs 4-10-hour days. The work involves rotating jobs, performing light assembly work in a clean and safe work environment at individual stations on an automated line or individual work cells. The positions are ergonomically designed to allow stand-up and sometimes some sit-down work.

Hours:

1st - Monday-Thursday 6:30 - 5:00 p.m. $16.50

3rd - Sunday-Wednesday 8:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. $17.00

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble metal products, such as frames and concealed covers.
  • Test, inspect, and package and assembly small products.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
