Job description

Program Coordinators provide full-time entry-level support for an industry-leading business-to-business consulting firm. Successful Program Coordinators interface confidently and professionally with our diverse hundreds of U.S. business owners and manager clientele. With the benefit of structured training, qualified and competent Program Coordinators can observe substantial career growth and earning potential. Program Coordinators, in conjunction with our Case Management Team, prove integral to the continued success of hundreds of employers across the country.

Working at the intersection of labor, international relations, business, and government, joining másLabor will provide hard-working, motivated individuals with growth potential and a variety of career paths. Our program coordinator position is the first step on this career journey.

About másLabor:

másLabor helps American businesses and farms thrive through comprehensive consulting services for foreign non-immigrant guest worker programs. As a Virginia-based employer, we are the national leader in our industry, representing hundreds of businesses across the United States that depend on these programs to meet their seasonal or temporary labor needs. We work with a diverse group of employers across the country, assisting them in securing capable, reliable, legal labor. Where businesses struggle to recruit for tough-to-fill seasonal jobs, másLabor navigates the foreign labor certification process on their behalf, allowing them to focus on what is most important: running their business! Program Coordinators are instrumental in our efforts and will share in our fulfilling and meaningful work with American businesses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-departmental production support to senior members of the Case Management business unit.
  • Learn and apply understanding of H-2 regulatory requirements, rules, and procedural obligations.
  • Draft and review government filings and client communications for accuracy, concision, and completion.
  • Distill complex regulatory information, and coordinate with government agencies on clients’ behalf.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive work environment.
  • Interface directly with external teams on key worker-level details, obtaining required documentation and providing timely updates on worker-readiness status.
  • Support process improvement initiatives on case production and case management
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience (any combination of professional experience and/or collegiate academic experience)
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
  • Superb attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task with little supervision
  • A positive team spirit, and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Work is primarily performed during standard business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET.
  • Prolonged sitting and computer use
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50-60K salary, commensurate with experience and location
  • Medical Benefits (health, dental, vision)
  • Life insurance
  • Short and long-term disability
  • Matching 401(k) contributions
  • Paid time off
  • Company-Paid Holidays
