Execution Specialist
Location: Burlington, MA
Clearance: Top Secret
Education: BA/BS degree
Outcomes: The Execution Specialist is expected to achieve the following outcomes:
• Increasing ability to calculate bonuses without oversight to over 80%
• On-time completion of quick-response/time-sensitive tasks that exceeds 95%
Responsibilities: Gemini seeks a high-energy, disciplined, and skilled professional who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, discretion and a sense of humor to support the CEO in a broad range of areas. Specific responsibilities include:
Compensation:
Support the execution of employee promotions and position changes. Monitor the schedule of Bonus Programs and support Program execution:
• Calculate payments based on Bonus Program criteria. Draft Bonus Memos for signature and distribute to Payroll, HR and Management
• Prepare Change Status Memos associated with staff position changes and promotions. Track status of employee acceptance. Prepare Change of Employment Memos.
• Support the calculation of increases based on Annual Performance Appraisals. Estimate compensation increases. Draft Memos for signature and distribute to Payroll, HR and Management
Operations Support:
• Provide support as required to complete high priority and quick-response tasks across functional areas and to streamline operations
• Draft Employee, Website and other Announcements
• Support the planning of Corporate events as required
Qualifications:
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in operations execution including preparation of business reports and maintenance of complex spreadsheets.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills that include MS Word Mail Merge Table of Contents and Styles; and MS Excel Formulae, Filters and functions such as Look-up, If and Round.
• Superior attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to on-time completion of tasks
The following qualifications are desired:
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams
• Experience supporting a Government services contract
