Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an outpatient clinic setting, requiring combined Nuclear Medicine and CT credentials along with nuclear cardiology experience.

Details
  • Outpatient clinic setting serving adult patients
  • Approximately 6-8 cases per day
  • Block schedule Monday-Friday, 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • No weekend or on-call requirements
  • Uses GE equipment and EPIC charting system
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Must have a combination of NMT and CT credentials (acceptable combinations include NMTCB + CT, NMTCB + ARRT(CT), ARRT(N) + ARRT(R) or ARRT(CT), or NMTCB + ARRT(R))
  • ARRT and NJ license required (license required if applicable)
  • BLS certification required
  • Nuclear cardiology experience required
  • Experience with gastric emptying studies, bone scans, liver imaging, perfusion studies, ventilation studies, captopril studies, and myocardial scans required
  • SPECT imaging experience required, including bone, thyroid, and cardiac imaging
Additional Information
  • Perform a wide range of nuclear medicine procedures including bone scans, liver imaging, perfusion and ventilation studies, captopril studies, myocardial scans, and SPECT imaging
  • Any color scrubs acceptable
  • First-time travelers accepted
