Overview

Extended Title: Forms Management Officer, Records Holding Area (RHA) Manager, Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS)/Office Symbols Clerk, and Printing/Reproduction Control Officer (PRCO)

The duties of the Forms, RHA, ARIMS, PRCO, Office Symbols Clerk require familiarity with the office unit's terminology. Must select appropriate methods from various procedures or make simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. Recognized problems are referred to others.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience:
    o Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a clerical office setting.
  • Must have MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others within and outside the organization while reflecting a professional image.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret level of U.S. Government Clearance.

Physical Requirements:

May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions. Most work will take place indoors. Will work with cleaning chemicals. Will be required to follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change.

While performing this job's duties, the team member is regularly required to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, and lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to assist in lifting equipment and move furniture when necessary; will occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
