Lead constructability reviews and technical design reviews with Bechtel, USAF, and external stakeholders.

Authorize design changes, deviations, and engineering trade-offs that affect cost, schedule, safety, and compliance. Oversee preparation and approval of material requisitions, bid evaluations, design estimates, and work plans. Provide technical direction, prioritization, and oversight to engineers, designers, and drafters assigned to PD&P scope.
