Job description

FedEx Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) – $180/Day + Bonuses

Join Gateway Distribution, a growing FedEx contractor offering weekly pay, paid training, consistent routes, and performance bonuses. We provide the delivery vehicle, uniform, and training you need to succeed.

About Gateway Distribution

Gateway Distribution has been growing since 2023 and recently expanded to 20 routes. Our terminal is located at 1748 Wolverine Parkway, Gay lord, MI 49735. We pride ourselves on safety, teamwork, and helping reliable people build a long-term career.

Pay and Bonuses
  • $180 per day ($900+/week)
  • Paid training: $160 per day
  • $150 bonus after training
  • $150 bonus at 30 days
  • $300 bonus at 60 days
  • PTO accrual
  • 6-day work week bonus
  • Company vehicle and uniforms provided
Available Schedules
  • Full-Time: Tuesday–Saturday
  • Part-Time: 3 days/week or weekends only
  • Start time: 8:00 AM until route completion

Drivers may have the opportunity to qualify for higher-paying contingency assignments after successfully completing approximately two weeks on our Gay lord routes at $180 per day.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle
  • Complete package deliveries to homes and businesses
  • Perform vehicle inspections
  • Use GPS and delivery scanners
  • Load, unload, and handle packages safely
What You’ll Need
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Valid driver’s license with a Michigan Chauffeur’s License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report
  • Comfortable driving large box trucks
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid for by employer)
