As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Location: Sparks, Nevada
  • Set schedule: Grave: 11pm to 7am: Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

  • Excellent customer service is always your top priority as you answer phones, greet people, handle vendors, and check IDs.
  • You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
  • You conduct periodic area patrols by foot or vehicle
  • You are approving roster and checking incoming & outgoing vehicles through truck gate
  • You provide rapid response in critical situations.
  • You will be assisting with incoming and outgoing trucks.
  • You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
  • You are proficient at working with computers and other electronic tools.
  • You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard
  • You have a high school diploma or GED in hand.
  • You have a valid PILB in hand.
  • You have 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment and 1 year with truck gate experience.
  • You possess excellent people skills.
  • You are exceptional at working with Electronics, computers, phones, alarm systems, and other hi-tech tools.
  • You have a valid driver's license. 
  • You have outstanding work ethic!
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S.
