Job description

  • Be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
  • Must provide a background check upon hire
  • Must be able to learn the check-in/check-out process, dealing with logistics
  • Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing.
  • Must be able to self-manage
  • Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must have excellent report writing skills
  • Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
  • Must be able to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time.
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Basic ability to use a computer or Tablet
  • Monitor surveillance equipment
  • Use motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property
  • Maintain access control at entry points, permitting only authorized persons to enter/exit client facility
  • Must check all personal vehicles that enter and exit the property
  • Follow all client and company policies
