Interventional Gastroenterology opening in IN
Located in Goshen, Indiana
Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join hospital.
- Interventional
- Join Gastroenterology Physicians with 3 experienced APPs who provide excellent support.
- Work/life balance with a flexible call schedule.
- 3+ years experience preferred.
- The addition of another physician is due to high volumes.
- Perform procedures at hospital and the ASC, both located in Goshen, IN.
- An experienced board-certified GI Pathologist in-house and a state-of-the-art Cancer Center that provides excellent support to the GI team.
- They have esophageal manometry, ph impedance, wireless pH testing and fibroscan with spleen stiffness.
- 100% Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) support for procedures.
- Conscious sedation option is available if preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of advanced endoscopic procedures, including endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), luminal stenting, mucosal resection/dissection and luminal apposing metal stents (LAMS)
- Evaluate and manage patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions, including pancreaticobiliary diseases, gastrointestinal malignancies, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and other disorders.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
- Collaborate with our comprehensive Cancer Center and General Surgery practice.
