As a Gas Utility Leadman, you will report to and be the right hand to the crew Foreman, playing a key role in leading your crew through the installation and repair of gas lines while ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards. At our core, we operate as One Team, where collaboration drives success. This means you'll not only lead by example but also roll up your sleeves and engage in general labor tasks as needed to keep projects on track.
What You'll Do
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all crew personnel on daily job tasks
  • Submit daily reports outlining daily job activities
  • Assist in managing work sequences to meet customer schedules
  • Comply with industry and customer operating procedures while ensuring safety and quality
  • In the interim absence of the Foreman, step in to lead crew to remain operational
  • Maintain all industry-required Operator Qualifications
  • Perform other tasks as requested by leadership

Work Environment
