Location: Burlington, NC  (Onsite work only)

 In the aerospace (Aero) domain, a PTF Test Cell Engineer typically works in a Propulsion Test Facility (PTF) or Product Test Facility, where aircraft engines, propulsion systems, and aerospace components are tested to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and certification requirements.

 Job Description Summary

The PTF Testcell Engineer is responsible for supporting the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the PTF (Powerunit Test Facility) for GT-Hybrid system development
The facility is a complex, integrated test system manufactured by Enorise (formerly FEV), incorporating Morphee control/automation software and A&D measurement systems. This role requires hands-on technical capability to operate and maintain these systems in a safe and stable manner.

Experience:
Enorise / FEV test systems (or similar integrated test benches)
Morphee or equivalent test automation/control software
A&D measurement/data acquisition systems
Experience with hybrid, gas turbine, or high-voltage systems
Complex test systems (dyno, HV systems, etc.)
Data acquisition systems
Basic understanding of control systems and industrial safety

Data acquisition systems
Basic understanding of control systems and industrial safety
