Job description

Traveling Superintendent – Ground-Up Fuel/C-Store & QSR

Lead field execution for ground-up commercial construction projects, with a primary focus on gas stations and quick-service restaurants (QSR), across the Southeastern United States. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to high-quality standards. Oversee crews, subcontractors, equipment, and site logistics while maintaining a strong focus on safety, schedule, and efficiency

Established commercial general contractor with 25+ years of experience successfully delivering projects throughout the Southeast. Known for integrity, reliable execution, and long-term client relationships. Project portfolio includes gas stations, QSR, retail, automotive, medical/assisted living, and government facilities, with a primary focus on ground-up commercial construction

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up gas station and QSR projects
  • Oversee crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain production, safety, and schedules
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to meet project specifications
  • Manage logistics, material deliveries, and site conditions for on-time completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to foremen and field crews, promoting accountability and performance
  • Monitor costs, productivity, and resource allocation to support overall project success

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects, with a heavy focus on gas stations and QSR/restaurant projects
  • Proven experience leading multiple ground-up gas station projects, ideally five or more completed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse sites
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeastern United States
  • Candidates must reside within 5 hours of Atlanta, GA
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, OSHA standards (10 or 30 preferred), and quality management
  • Valid driver's license
