Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Poly Gas Pipe Fitter with Gas experience for our Tucson , AZ location. The purpose of a Poly Gas Pipe Fitter is to install Poly pipe by heat fusion of predominantly Poly & HDPE plastic pipe.
Responsibilities:
  • Install new poly pipe.
  • Assist other Teammates in the installation.
  • Pressure testing of pipe.
  • Maintain needed levels of parts and supplies.
  • Assist in loading/unloading of trucks.
  • Work on live gas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • City qualified.
  • Must have 2+ years of recent verifiable experience in Natural Gas work.
  • Knowledge of Fusion for Poly & HDPE Products a plus.
  • Mechanical aptitude necessary.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads continuously.
  • Ability to work O/T as required.
  • Ability to work outside daily for extended periods of time in all weather conditions, heat/cold/wind/rain/etc.
  • Customer service skills required.
  • Meet all DOT requirements
