Job description

ODORZX INC. is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily carwash and detailing operations at our GRR site. This hands-on role requires a dependable leader who can manage a team, maintain service quality, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations, coordinate assignments, and maintain workflow to meet client needs and company standards.
  • Lead, train, and coach carwash and detailing technicians, setting clear expectations for productivity, quality, and professionalism.
  • Inspect vehicles to verify cleaning and detailing standards are met and address deficiencies promptly.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment; coordinate replenishment and report maintenance needs.
  • Enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment and cleaning products.
  • Address client questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Partner with management to improve efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, tracking sheets, attendance documentation, and employee performance records.

Work Schedule

  • Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Workdays: Thursday through Monday
  • Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Nights and weekends are required.
