We wish to clarify that this position is not a remote job and requires the candidate to be on-site, actively managing our day-to-day operations to meet both our current and future needs.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our company's reputation for operational excellence. You will oversee various operational tasks, from warehouse management to coordination with vendors, ensuring everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
    • Order safety products and warehouse supplies from approved vendors.
    • Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory reorder points.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics providers.
    • Resolve discrepancies with vendors regarding shortages or damages.
  • Receiving & Inventory Control:
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
    • Verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
    • Enter received inventory into warehouse management or ERP system.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle count processes.
    • Label, organize, and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to unload trucks and move inventory.
    • Ensure safe storage and proper handling of industrial safety products.
    • Maintain clean, organized warehouse conditions following safety standards.
    • Support order picking, packing, and shipping when required.
  • Order Processing & Customer Fulfillment:
    • Receive and process customer orders from sales or customer service teams.
    • Review orders for accuracy, product availability, and delivery requirements.
    • Coordinate order priorities to meet customer deadlines and service commitments.
    • Communicate order status and shipping updates internally.
Requirements
  • 3โ€“7+ years warehouse receiving or inventory management experience.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
  • Strong computer skills (inventory systems, Excel, ERP/WMS).
  • Experience verifying purchase orders and managing vendor deliveries.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in industrial, construction, or oil & gas supply distribution.
